SILVER LABEL
INSPECTION

WHAT IS A SILVER LABEL INSPECTION?
A Silver Label is issued when the electrical system in a mobile or manufactured home has been inspected and verified to meet the current safety standards set by Technical Safety BC. Many older homes were built before today's certification requirements, and the Silver Label provides official documentation that the electrical installation is safe and compliant.

YOU LIKELY NEED A SILVER LABEL INSPECTION IF YOU ARE:
Buying or selling a mobile/manufactured home
Moving a unit to a new location
Upgrading electrical service
Renewing insurance on an older mobile home
A park owner requiring compliance for tenants
Our certified electritcians at New-Era Electric will complete the required inspections and help with the forms for you to provide to Technical Safety BC to receive your Silver Label Sticker.
